The PANEL-TITE® #12 Metal-to-Metal Screw (Painted) is designed for fast, secure metal-to-metal fastening of roof, wall and trim panels to steel framing. The self-drilling point drills and taps its own hole in one step, with no pre-drilling required. Each screw is assembled with a bonded EPDM sealing washer for exceptional weatherability and finished with TRI-SEAL® 1,000-hour salt-spray coating on the shank. The head features KALIDA-KOTE color-matched, UV-protected polyurethane enamel — baked for a tough, chip-resistant finish and compatible with Kynar paint finishes.

Applications
Metal-to-metal attachment of exposed-fastener metal roofing, wall panels and trim to steel framing such as purlins and girts where a color-matched fastener head is desired. The self-drilling point installs without pre-drilling, and the TRI-SEAL shank coating with bonded EPDM washer provides corrosion-free, weathertight performance — suitable for warranted roofs, walls and trim.
