S-5! U-Clamp

The S-5!® S-5-U Clamp is a non-penetrating, heavy-duty attachment clamp that fits most standing seam metal roof profiles in North America — including double-folded and single-folded mechanical seams as well as many snap-lock profiles. Its round-point setscrews grip the seam without piercing the panel, preserving the roof manufacturer's warranty. It provides a strong mounting point for S-5!® ColorGard® snow retention and other heavy-duty rooftop applications.

Applications

Non-penetrating attachment point for snow retention systems (ColorGard®), solar arrays, signs, walkways, satellite dishes, lightning protection, conduit, and mechanical equipment on standing seam metal roofs — especially mechanically seamed profiles. Set the setscrews into the clamp, place it on the seam, and tighten to the specified torque. Then affix ancillary items with the provided bolt. Sold each or by the box.
