Custom 2" mechanical lock standing seam metal roof panels, roll-formed from 24 gauge pre-painted steel in lengths from 3' to 64'. The tall 2" seam is mechanically locked in the field, making this our highest-performance panel for low-slope, commercial, and demanding residential roofs.

Mechanical Lock vs. Snap Lock

Mechanical lock panels are seamed together in the field with a seaming tool, creating a tighter lock than snap-together panels. The 2" seam height adds a bold architectural profile and the performance needed for very low slopes. If you want faster installation on a steeper roof, consider our snap lock panel instead.
