Custom Sheet Metal Trim & Flashing – 24ga Pre-Painted Steel
Made-to-order architectural flashing and trim, fabricated in-house from 24 gauge pre-painted steel with the same durable PVDF / Kynar 500® finish as our standing seam roof panels. Every profile is custom bent on our CNC folder for clean, precise, repeatable breaks — sold in 10' increments to match real-world job runs.
Whatever the detail calls for, we can break it. Common trim and flashing profiles include:
- Wall Cap – caps the top of a parapet or wall to shed water and protect the wall assembly.
- Coping Cap – covers the top of a parapet wall, directing water away from both faces.
- Edge Metal / Drip Edge – terminates the roof edge and directs runoff away from the fascia and wall.
- Fascia – finishes and protects the horizontal roof edge board for a clean, weather-tight line.
- Counter Flashing – overlaps base flashing at walls and curbs to form a watertight termination.
- Masonry / Through-Wall Flashing – diverts moisture out of masonry and brick wall assemblies.
- Z-Flashing – transitions between materials or panel joints, shedding water at horizontal seams.
- Reglet Flashing – sets into a cut or joint in masonry to seal wall-to-roof transitions.
- Sill Pans & Sill Flashing – channels water out from under windows, doors, and openings.
How to Order
To order, enter the three measurements that define your part: your stretch-out (the total flat width of the profile, measured as if it were unfolded with no bends), the number of bends (breaks), and the number of hems. Then choose your color and the number of pieces you need, upload a profile drawing of your bend, and add the item to your cart.
Because you specify exactly how many bends and hems each piece requires, the price reflects the actual fabrication of your profile rather than an assumed maximum.
