Pipe Master Pipe Boot Flashing - 1/4"-19"

Pipe Master flexible pipe flashing seals round pipe and conduit penetrations on metal and other roof profiles. The weather-resistant grey EPDM rubber boot trims to the pipe diameter, while the flexible aluminum base ring conforms to virtually any panel profile for a weathertight finish.
Specifications
- Boot: Grey EPDM rubber — ozone- and UV-resistant
- Base: Flexible aluminum ring, conforms to panel profile
- Service Temperature: -65°F to +212°F continuous (+275°F intermittent)
Installation
- Bed the base in APS 500 sealant and fasten with corrosion-resistant screws roughly every 1-1/2" around the base, per UPC recommendations
- Sizes #1 and #3 ship closed-top — cut to the required pipe diameter
- On steep pitches over 20° or panels with ribs 1-1/2" or taller, step up to the next larger size for added flexibility
