TFC BUTYL™ is a single-component, non-skinning, butyl-based solvent-release tube sealant developed for the metal roofing industry to deliver long-life performance. It provides excellent adhesion to metal panels while remaining permanently pliable, making it the ideal choice in applications where the combination of moisture and cold temperatures would break down other sealants. Meets or exceeds AAMA 809.2.

Applications
Sealing metal roofing, insulated metal panels, and panel laps and joints. Suitable for use on painted metal, Kynar®, Galvalume®, galvanized steel and aluminum. For best results, apply to a clean, dry, frost-free surface free of oils, greases and incompatible coatings. Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size, apply with a caulking gun, tool if needed, and clean excess with mineral spirits.
